hi all, my father in law wants to be the co sponsor (so great from him) ,i want to know the 3 yrs taxes return we should send ,are they : 2006,2005,2004 ?

another question,about the AOS ,they ask about copy of immigrant passport , i copied the two pages that contains informations about me and my photo,is that right ? do i have to copy the first page which contains the passport number? i alredy copied the visa and the I-94 front and back. thank you

2007-11-8 : Married

AOS

2008-3-03 : AOS sent

2008-3-12 : Check cashed

2008-3-14 : Received Receipt Notices of AOS ,EAD and AP

2008-3-17 : Biometrics Appointment notice date

2008-4-03 : Biometrics Appointment ,,,DONE,,,

2008-5-09 : EAD card ordered and AP approval notice

2008-5-13 : AP approval notice sent

2008-5-16 : AP received

2008-5-19 : EAD Approval notice sent

2008-5-21 : EAD received

2008-6-27 : interview appointment letter (for August)

2008-8---- : interview was fine, but was given a RFE, reason: chicken pox shot( although i got the shot when i was little)

2010-7-16 : I-751 received

2010-7-20 : I-751 sent back to me. Cause: signatures and filing early.

2010-7-26 : I-751 re-sent

2010-8-09 : First NOA received ( dated 8/2 )

2010-8-12 : Biometrics appointment letter received ( dated 8/6 )

2010-8-19 : Early biometrics

2010-9-08 : Card production ordered

2010-9-15 : Green Card received, with incorrect first name (one letter missing)

2010-9-16 : Sent I-90 with Green Card

2010-9-17 : I-90 delivered

2010-9-24 : Receipt received. Notice date: 9-22

2011-2-08 : Card production ordered

2011-2-10 : Card received with NO errors.

If your father already filed Income tax 2007 you can send 2007,2006 and 2005. I think it's better if you'd include 2007 due to USCIS may ask for it later (RFE). I have reading people whom had a RFE related with that. Make sure to include the I-864 from spouse petitioner too aside you are using a co-sponsor. We got one RFE for the I-864 from the petitioner.

Yes, you must copy the first page of your passport.

you can send a copy of the W2's for 2007.

Only if your appointment is after April 2008, you must submit your 2007 taxes.

6-09-06 Met Luis in Honduras

3-02-07 Went to Honduras to go see him

3-12-07 Finally mailed I-129F to CSC

3-13-07 They Received I-129F Petition

3-15-07 Touched

3-19-07 Received letter with case number

6-13-07 Touched (APPROVED and didn't even know it. Had to call CSC on7/2/07) 92 DAYS!

6-14-07 Touched

6-27-07 Sent to NVC

6-29-07 Touched

6-30-07 Touched Again

7-05-07 NVC APPROVED & SENT TO HONDURAS!!!!

7-10-07 Recvd letter from NVC of APPROVAL
