I´m trying to find out how many of us is here is waiting for our cases to be transferred to NVC?

I am waiting. Its been almost 6 weeks. I just called USCIS and they did a service request to see why it hasn't been sent.

Hubby Step-Mom Apply for minor child
2/25/2013 - Priority Date

NVC
03/19/2014 - Case complete at NVC

01/02/2015 - Interview scheduled (Interview Date: 02/12/2015)

We were approved on Jan 29th. I called the NVC yesterday and was told our case was forwarded to the Prague embassy on Feb 15th. Guess the truck was almost fill when CSC sent my case to NVC. B)

I am waiting. Its been almost 6 weeks. I just called USCIS and they did a service request to see why it hasn't been sent.

Hi ctygl,

I am in the same boat. Both my I-130 and K-3 were approved on the same day, Jan. 9. I see your I-130 was approved on Jan. 10, day after mine. I called on Feb. 8 to ask why mine has not been sent to NVC yet and she thinks the K-3 was never separated from the I-130 folder and sent to the NVC. She thinks it went to the National Records Center with the I-130 to be stored. She ordered my file to be sent back to USCIS to see if this is what happened and is supposed to cal me back, but as of yet, I have not heard from her. I am going to call and inquire tomorrow as it has been two weeks since she supposedly did this. She said it could take up to 2 weeks for it to get back to USCIS, so I will see what happens tomorrow. Good luck to you!

Touched: 11/07/2007!!!!!! (However, no touches on I-129F)

Touched: 11/30/2007 Touched: 12/02/07 (on a Sunday) (Guess the lady actually did put on someone's desk afterall).

Touched: 12/06/07 (Hopefully this is them working on it)

Touched: 12/07/07 (Yesssss, come on approval!!!!)

Touched: 12/08/07 (Working on it even on a Saturday. What dedication!!!)

Touched: 12/12/07 (RFE)

Received RFE: 12/26/07

Sent back RFE: 12/26/07

Received in USCIS RFE mailroom: 12/27/07

Resumed case: 01/07/08

Touched: 01/09/2008 (APPROVED)

Received NOA2 by snail mail: 01/14/2008

Interview date: 08/12/2008 Put in the "black hole" of Administrative Processing

2nd Interview date: 12/08/2008 (Rescheduled on 12/22/08 due to 12/8 being a Muslin Holiday)

12/22/08: Visa denied on the basis that his mother didn't confirm our marriage. She didn't answer any questions because embassy official didn't identify herself.

07/06/09: Received Notice of Intent to Revoke

07/27/09: Sent in evidence disputing investigation findings

07/30/09: Case processing has resumed

I'm also waiting, but it's only been a week since the approval. My congressmans office said they would followup after 2 weeks and call NVC for me. With all the horror stories here, I doubt it will be there.

We called NVC yesterday and were told that our I-129F was sent to our embassy yesterday so hopefully I will hear something from them soon :)
