F.Y.I. - I ran into the same situation with my husband. They would not accept our calling cards. In my effort to get a print out of the calls made on the calling card, the calling card company told me that I they would only do such under a court supeona. Guess what - according to our local judical district the only way that would issue a supeona for the calling cards is if it involved a criminal matter. I was stuck, so I came up with a Plan B and that was to go to the Magistrates Office and begged them to write a letter (addressing it to the embassy) explaining why I could not get a copy of my calling card records.

This is not to scare you, but to prepare you for a possible road block. If this should happen, take note of what I mentioned above, because you can still get around the matter.

Wish you the best!

Boaz

Sorry about this delay! It will work out very soon. Also, if all else fails, contact a lawyer, for a simple fee they should be able to subpoena the records for you. I'm not sure about different state laws, but I write up and have subpoenas served all the time. (Just finished two a few minutes ago). It is common procedure to gather evidence in a case and I work in claims not criminal. give it is a try if the court gives you a hard time.
