Hey, I have a question regarding the G-325A aplication. What should I write as an answer to the question regarding my employment if I'm unemployed? I am currently in Europe and I did not work since the end of December. Should I write 10/2002 - 12/2007 as a previous employment and write none as most present? I am coming back to US in in March and I will start a new job.

Unless you intend to wait until March to file, you fill out the form in the present tense, which would show no current employer. This isn't an issue in any negative way until months later when you provide the I-134. By then the answers will change, right?

Either answer is truthful (unemployed vs. none)... choose wichever one you like the most. Having a job or not is not a requirement to an approved petition...

Thanks for the fast response. I left US in December to spent some time with my fiance which lives in Poland. I will file a petition while still unemployed but I will definiately have a new job by the end of March. Thanks again
