Besides the I-134 form itself, what else has to be notarized that is to be included with the I-134? I read that you need a notarized copy of your latest federal tax returns. Does this mean a notary signs and stamps a copy of your returns? Or does this mean that the copies must come from an IRS 4506-T form?

I just don't understand how a copy of a federal tax return can be offically notarized :help:

No need to notarize tax returns, just the I-134. I suggest you obtain free "IRS transcrpts" instead of using a copy of the return. If you use a return, please remember the return includes all supporting documentation and schedules including the W2's and 1099's to support the income claims. Transcripts stand alone as supporting evidence to the affidavit.

Or simply google "IRS transcript" or "Tax Transcript". Google is your friend. Online request take about a week. Otherwise, simply call the IRS main number and request them to be faxed.
