I was just looking at the list of documents that I need to send in with the DS-230 and see that you need both your parents names on your birth certificate. I just looked at my birth certifcate issued from the Province of B.C. and it does not show their names. Is that going to be a problem if B.C. does not have parents names on their birth certificates? I sent a copy of it in with my I-130 and didn't get any problems back on it.

Thanks Marilyn, got the information I need from the link you gave and will get that ordered right away. Good thing I found that out now and not when I was actually getting ready to mail off the DS-230
