I hope someone can help me. My fiancee, at the time, got his Visa approved and came to the U.S. in October 2007. We got married since and now that he has been working, we would like to bring his two children (boys) over. I emailed the embassy in Honduras and got an appointment for them, since the case is still open. My question is, Do I need to resubmit my taxes, evidence of relationship, I-134 Affividavit of support again, letter from employer?

Anyone who knows, I'd really appreciate the help. Thank you in advance!

Michelle.

i don't know specifics about honduras, but for my wife's child following from thailand - we started at the packet 3 stage. we resubmitted everything packet 3 requires (I-134, evidence, letter from employer, medical, etc.) and waited for the interview date.

hope this helps some
