I filed I-130 in New Delhi for my wife

Hello

Does anyone know if your wife needs to get a new password with your name on it before you can file for DCF or the marriage certificate is enough ?

Also if US Citizen already has PIO card does he still need to get any other document to show his india residency ?

I don't know what you are talking about with regards to a password. Maybe someone else knows.

With regards to the USC proving he is living in India, he should include for example: a residency card, bank statement from an Indian bank, employment evidence from an Indian employer, bills addressed to him, passport entry stamp, etc. It is better to send as much evidence as you can up front rather than not send enough and have them contact you saying they need more proof because that could lead to delays in processing which nobody wants.

You might not need all of that evidence but with USCIS more seems to be better.
