What is going on with NVC mail? They mailed my DS-3032 and I-864 Bill and my lawyer did not received yet! I am really worry, is anyone with some experience or advise what I can do? I have to wait for 6-weeks before any complain? Then what, if my mail lost, an another six weeks or???? I am confused, please help???

You can go ahead and use the shortcut for the Choice of Agent form (DS 3032). I had my dad email his Choice of Agent decision to the NVC and they updated the info within a week.

My dad emailed the following:

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is xxx, my visa case number is KNGxxxxxxxxxx.

Unfortunately I cannot locate my DS-3032 and would like to appoint my

daughter as my agent of choice to receive all the correspondence from

NVC.

Her name and address is:

Name

Address,

City, State Zip

All mail from the U.S. Department of State concerning my immigration

visa application should be sent to the address above. Thank you for your

help.

Sincerely yours,

I hope this helps. Hopefully you'll get the Affidavit of Support fee bill soon.

02/18/2011 - Received descheduled oath ceremony letter (dated 2/15/2011)

02/26/2011 - Received new oath ceremony letter

03/02/2011 - Oath Ceremony @ 1:30p (IT'S ABOUT TIME!!!)

03/09/2011 - Oath Ceremony @ 1:30p...FINALLY A CITIZEN!!!

Yea im in the same position.....my DS-3032 & AOS Fee Bill was generated on feb 4th, I have recieved neither of them yet. Now my IV Fee Bill was generated on feb 11th, and im starting to worry what is going to with their mailing service; whether I'm ever going to get anything from them.

Same here, my husband did receive last week DS3032, it had been generated and sent Feb 4th, but not me I still didnt receive any letter from NVC, wondering why?!?!?! But THANKS to James`s shortcut we are now more ahead with the documents.
