Hiya i have recieved my pack 3 sent all of the forms back, currently waiting for a copy of my full birth certificate, and police record certificate. Police certificate takes upto 40days to arrive :S. Can i get my medical done before i have all my certificates ready etc?

I think it is all about timing.... The medical is typically valid for up to one year..... If the medical is still valid you can also use it for your Adjustment of Status application.... If you want to save some money, think about your entire timeline... (Visa interview, entry in to the USA, marriage, AOS application....) If you are inside the one year window then you can decide when you want to do it...

I had my medical done as soon as I had my new alien number from the NVC.

That was like 2 or 3 months before my actual interview,was no problem at all.
