I had my green card hearing all went well, we just didnt have enough evidence to prove that we are married and living together. They said that we can get a affidavit from her mother saying that we are living with her and an affidavit from a neighbor stating that they see us and know of our relationship.

My question is does these affidavits need to be notarized.
