I'll just be happy getting out of the house and talking to people other than my husband, son or the dogs.

I mean I love them all, but I need some interaction with others. Its been lonely. :lol:

You know, there is talk of how some employers tend to stick more with U.S. citizens etc etc - but for every employer out there who is like that I think there are people who are interested that you actually come from some place else!

Met online November 2005 playing City of Heroes

First met in Canada, Sept 22, 2006 <3

September 2006 to March 2008, 11 visits, 5 in Canada, 6 in NJ

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

***10 year green card in hand as of 2/2/2012, loving and living life***

Hmmm maybe we should move back to Canada! lol smile.png

I got the job!!

The interview was a breeze, it was a lot of fun. At the end of it all he said: "I would like to offer you the job"

Apparently, according to his assistant he never just offers anyone the job on the spot.

I start next tuesday! :D

Fantastic news! Congratulations!!!!! That's so nice to hear that bit of news from his assistant too. :thumbs: I bet that made you feel good. :)
