DS230 docs

I'm preparing DS230 beforehand. I almost finish the docs.

Is there anyone who can tell me that below is correct?

1. photo of beneficiary : 2 pics

2. DS 230 part 1 & 2 : fill in part 1&2/ sign just part 1

3. birth certificate, marriage certificate, police certificate : certified copy

4. passport : photocopy of biographic page

5. 1 set of xerox copy of above docs

6. sent to(i'm not sure) :

National Visa Center

ATTN: CMR

looks good did you check web site to make sure you had all doc.

make sure that each picture has case # and name of spouse on the back! I got an RFE because i did not do this!
