well i am sittiing here thinking hmmm wonder how many people in NZ are waiting for packages to arrive from visa centre. I looked at earlier dates on dhl and there are lots of packages going around the world but none to NZ. so let's hope they only have TWO packages to be sent out this week to NZ!!!!! :yes::star:

ROC

06/01/2011 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

06/02/2011 - Package arrived and signed for at CSC

06/02/2011 - NOA receipt date

06/06/2011 - Check cashed

06/07/2011 - NOA arrived in the mail

06/15/2011 - Biometrics appointment letter arrived in the mail

07/11/2011 - Biometrics appointment

02/02/2012 - Phoned USCIS and put in a service request

02/08/2012 - Email from USCIS confirming my request

02/11/2012 - Letter from USCIS - says i should receive news within 30 days

03/14/2012 - Phoned USCIS again. 30 days has passed. no news. Took details again.

03/15/2012 -Received letter from USCIS - have to go to interview April 24th

04/24/2012 - Interview and ROC approved!!

05/07/2012 - Received email, card production ordered

05/11/2012 - Green card arrived

N-400

06/22/2012 - Mailed N-400 package to Phoenix/AZ Lockbox

06/26/2012 - NOA date

06/28/2012 - Check cashed

Our first Thanksgiving actually spent together! It was lovely to just spend time with those we love...and some quiet time as well. Perfect. We have enough food to feed us for a week. :)

Russell cooked Thanksgiving meal for his family in NZ last year... very sweet.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you as well...

We have the snail mail letters from NVC..one to say they have the case, and the other says that "within a week the petition will be forwarded to the appropriate visa-issuing post where your visa interview will take place."

I guess I can keep an eye on the DHL site next week ...I've had such a lot of practise with Igor's list :yes:

I think the package that was sent this week may be for you!!! :yes: YAY!!! :D I see that it arrived and was signed for at the embassy here on friday at 2.50pm!!! woo hooo!!!!

My SO got 2 letters from nvc today and they were sent on the 24th and 25th, so our package may be sent out next week.. hopefully.. :star:

This is very very exciting!!!! I'm really hoping that we both hear news from embassy VERY soon!!! yippee!!! :D

haha although i'll admit to being slightly jealous, i am very excited for you both, i know my time will come and it's fun sharing your excitement too! :jest:

I'm really hoping you will get word soon on your approval! Remember that vermont has been very unreliable lately with posting approval notices on their website. Your SO may get a NOA2 in the mail without you knowing beforehand of your approval!!! so fingers crossed!! :) It would be awesome if they could get cracking and get a HEAP of approvals out before Christmas!!

Hi ivannaloveskiwi!! Didn't mean to not acknowledge you when you first posted here (Just read through last few pages and I see that i was in the midst of "OMG! with my approval notice" bit,when you wrote the first time, so i missed your threads lol! :) )

CSC has kinda got into gear the last few weeks, so let's hope they can continue pumping out approvals!! :star:

Crossing my fingers that everyone has some happy news this month. Hopefully the Service Centers feel a break coming on and kick it into high gear before Christmas and New Years. :thumbs::D What better Christmas present could you get?
