Here's my agenda go shop around at the local financial institutions to see which one will get me a better deal. I always avoided buying a house this past year because I knew it would be stressful. I mean it should be a happy time looking for a new house for us, but for some reason it's just the housing market here it sucks big time. Houses are way over priced. It's our day off but it seems we will be out most of the day going to banks and sitting with the realtor. What fun!!!

We've decided to wait another year and just rent before we buy. I hear what you're saying about the housing market. I've heard the average mortgage in Mass. is over $400,000, and that includes the smaller rural towns. I'd hate to move out of Boston, but we might have to if we want to be able to afford a house.
