I use the Kettlebell workout DVD that I got from gofit.com. So far, I'm doing the watered down version cause I just go the kettlebell and I'm trying not to smack myself in the head with it with my sad little rubbery arms. One day, I'll be telling you I've moved on to the 2nd video in the series.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Had one of those Jane Fonda exercise tapes when I was a kid that I would do xD and we lived in a pretty old wooden house, and I'd be jumping around and stuff upstairs, making the whole house shake. Yay.

Now don't have nearly big enough living room or space for exercise dvds. I will say though as much as I hate it I just don't have the discipline to run outside and actually...keep running. It's just really really boring, so I guess you can say my exercise DVD is that I run on a treadmill with a TV slapped in my face. Scrubs takes the pain away :)
