Hi,

I don't think we need to submit 2 passport style photos with this application (I-751). But I wanted to make sure that others did or did not send them. The application does say to submit, but only under the exception, which does not apply to us. I hope I am reading this right.

i didn't submit pictures....but then again i haven't been approved either.

With the speed they move at some of these Service Centers (Nebraska ,the worst one )chances are the pictures will be to old and they will have to take another set !!!

You are right.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
