What visa are you adjusting status from? K-Visas do not require filing I-130, K-3 had I-130 filed for when filing for the K-3, and K-1 does not need I-130, you just adjust from the K-1 visa after marriage.

Sorry I updated both!!

I entered on a F1 visa and when my tuition didn't come in we decided no more being apart and we got married.

We also found out we've got our first baby on the way.
