we sent our I-130 on january 9 and they received it January 13. We got the 797C NOA on February 8.

at the top of the back of the NOA it says: Please enclose a copy of of this if you have to write us or a US consulate about this case.

So my question is: Can we send more evidence? we don't feel we sent enough.... especially by casa's standards... i have asked this before...

but i just want to know if it is possible...

we always get told to wait and see...

but we would rather do it if it is possible rather than wait and be denied and have to begin again

all we sent was about 10 pics of our wedding... we have so much more things we could have sent but it said proof of bona fide marriage... we thought they would want the chats and plane tickets and phone bills etc at a later time and did not realize we should have sent them with our I 130

any ideas?

if they need something from u they will let u know, dont send anything now bcoz you will just open doors on your self, u dont have to show more evidence , unless if they ask u to, and sometimes they dont even ask bcoz all this will come up at your interview, dont worry they wont denied it
