Does anybody know where i can find info. for the contents of the packet 3? I dont see alot of info. on this. Also, is this something that the i, the beneficiary, has to fill out and then send it back somewhere?

A good idea is to go to the US consular website in your country. Many have visa/immigration pages that will allow you to download the appropriate forms. I know that the one in the Ukraine is pretty complete and even has the checklist you need. Everything that is required should be found. The guides here are great as well. With a little looking you should find everything you need.

Packet three explains all the documents you need to have prepared before you go in for your interview. There isn't much you can do before you receive packet three as you need the case number that is on the packet to complete some of the asked questions.

Again though, it is all consulate dependent.
