For most people medical will take 2 days to complete. SLEC serves costumers on first come first serve basis no mater what day she takes her medical. The earlier she check in on the first day of medical it is more possible that she will be out of SLEC by 2pm. They will then give her appointment slip to come back for her second day of medical. If she gets the 9am appointment she'll be released by 130 pm. By saying that i would say it is possible that she can catch the 4pm plane. But to be safe i would suggest to fly her back to cebu the day after she gets approved/released from SLEC. This will give her time to get some rest and take advantage to see the embassy for the interview. It is always good to plan ahead of time. Good luck!

 i agree! although my med exam was done on the first day (i was there before 4 a.m and 3rd in line hehe)... was done around 11:30 am and the nurse told me to be back on the afternoon for the releasing of my x-ray and and vac. paper... still we planned on a 3 day stay in manila just to make sure that there's no complications... im from cdo so my mom and i has to fly to manila and stayed there for 3 nights. good luck on her!

let your fiancee have an early medical, but pls avoid monday and friday, many people come on these days.

I have my medical wednesday, 1st day (6 am - 10 am) and thursday, 2nd day (9 am - 1030 am).

the number of people at St Lukes varies so to be safe, let her stay in Manila maximum of 4 days, minimum 3 days.

day 1 - arrival in manila

day2 - day1 at St lukes ( im at st lukes around 530 am, im number 8, they start early as 6am)

day 3 - day2 at st lukes (since i strated early on my medical, they let me come back 9am the following day. If you start late on your day1, most likely they will schedule you after lunchtime on your day)

day4 - going back to cebu depends if she finished her medical early.

It only usually takes 2 days. But if there is something wrong with your medical results, it would take you 3 or more days. Like what happened to me. It took me 8days to complete my medical. Good thing is that, I had it 2weeks earlier. I got my immunization 15hours before my interview.

So it's really advisable to have an early medical to avoid delays (worst, cancelation/re-scheduling of your interview). I met a girl from St. Lukes who followed her actual schedule and to her dismay, she needs to cancel her interview because she had to undergo 3day sputum.

You were never a mistake. You were my realization.

Agreed! Please review Section 4.7 of the Manila Embassy K1 Visa Guide. Plan on at least four days days (three night hotel stay) as stated above. My wife had the same schedule as above and she lived in a province an hour outside of Manila.

Cheers!!!

At most it takes 2 days if there's no prob.

First day is the actual medical exams and the second day is the releasing of result and vaccinations. Just like what other said here, better to have an early medical so if ever there's prob still have time to clear/fix it. Goodluck!!!
