Filing I-130 for my mother in China

Hello, I am new here, first time posting.

I'm USC, filing I-130 for my mother living China now. Besides I-130 form, Copy of Birth Certificate, Copy of my US Passport, Copy of my mother's Birth Certificate, Do I need to file G-235A? If so, How many Do I need, one or one for each of us?

If mother will be interviewing at the consulate in Guangzhou China, you may want to Join and do research on the China Immigrations website. "A Candle for Love"

I dont believe Marriage status is needed for the visa.
