To everyone who read my OP:

I am sorry for posting my question. I didn't realize exactly how this whole thing worked, and I especially didn't realize how many times this topic has been posted.

Yes, I am new to this whole thing, and in the future will post replies instead of starting already talked about posts.

I didn't mean to offend anyone if I did... hense the few "#######" comments I did get! I just wasn't ready for the reaction I got, but now I understand. Just trying to be involved in what I think is a really helpful website, and now I know how to go about it in a better way.

Thanks to everyone who gave me links to more appropriate forums, I really do appreciate it.

Rachel,

Post as many topics as you want. Just don't take the responses personally.

Hahaha Rachel! Welcome to VJ!!

We are one big dysfunctional family! Sometimes there are posts in threads that refer to other 'famous' threads - it's just everybody's way of having some fun and relieving the gawd-awful stressors of this process.

Oh - you're allowed to start threads - we really don't mind....

And my husband is from the UK as well - beautiful Northern Ireland....

Thanks for the understanding of my mistake.

Well, he is from England. he is there right now, and we're just waiting for the NOA2. It's been so frustrating, this whole thing, I can see how you guys like to let off steam in a less serious way!

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
