Thanks for the random, irrelevant responses to a perfectly good question.

And if you are burnt out on the immigration talk, you shouldn't be on this website.

Rachel, believe me, people are burned out on the subject. There have been so many threads about it lately.

Plus, sometimes it's easier to join an existing discussion when there are already so many going, rather than start a new thread asking for "opinions." Generally, it's only advisable to start a new thread on any subject if there's something new or original to be said about it. Not picking on you, because I can see that you're new--just saying.

Maybe you should read the "Am I Overreacting?" thread to see where the "random responses" came from. ;)

Latest news: Green card received 16 April 2007. USCIS-free until 3 January 2009! Eligible to naturalize 3 April 2010.

I want a porn name :( <pouts>

And if you are burnt out on the immigration talk

this isn't a website set up to debate immigration. It's a forum to help us get our loved ones with us...

Just go read the other threads. If you've just had a LOOONG conversation about bread with your mom...then your dad comes home and you have the same LOOOONG discussion with him, and then your fiance comes and you start over AGAIN and then your best friend calls and you have it again..

would you be a bit burned out about talking about bread?

And if you are burnt out on the immigration talk

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!

Well thanks for the "advice" I guess I am a novice to this all, considering it seems people spend all day on here.

I hadn't seen any interesting posts on it, but given the response I got from it, I am not sure I care to keep posting anyway.

It's not that you can't post on a similar topic...BUT if you've posted about five million threads on the same topic...and people have posted everything there is to say about it...don't be upset iof people don't jump at the chance to talk about it MORE

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=10209 <---- this one NOT really immigration related in the sence like you posted, but it gives alot of arguments on peoples views on how they perseve the immigration problem.

These are a few of the old immigration threads over the last 2 weeks or so, i may have missed some i dunno.

Oh so with THIS thread everyone's decided the topic has gotten old? Haven't I been saying that all along...oh yeah, I have but people told me to

1. get over it

2. don't read it

3. expect it (after all this is an IMMIGRATION site)

oh the hypocrisy NEVER ceases to amaze me...

Don't let the sunshine spoil your rain...just stand up and COMPLAIN!
