WOW is this BALLSY. I say: go for it. NO REALLY. I actually think standing out is better these days in Vietnam.... because you can't piss them off more than they already are... maybe if you are ballsy like this they will think, this MUST be for real. I say anything to make them see you as more than just another form is a positive. Good luck and let me know! :thumbs:

Ha! No really.... fake relationship? How about getting signed statements from my man's parents about how much sex we have in their house???? (p.s. I won't tell you how much hotter that makes it for some sicko reason). Today it was raining and we couldnt go anywhere so we stayed in the bedroom (which has a door but the door is half glass and see-through so there is no real privacy) and had sex 5 times (or at least, I got 5 times, he got 2 - if that makes sense) :-) hehehehehe We finally emerged from the bedroom and his dad, mom, grama and sister are sitting there silent.... we looked at them, they looked at us and then everyone starts laughing hysterically. I was like, "HE'S MY HUSBAND FOR PETE'S SAKE, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?????" :whistle:

However, just a tip - I was advised by a lawyer to never show anything lewd to the consulate. So kissing pictures will be as racy as they see..... :-P

Sincerely say, only the length of time of your relationship and the attitude of respectation to the Consulate will make sense.

Therefore, the evidence of long time ago is important. And if one is American and one is Vietnamese, the Vietnamese must speak English fluently or at least try to answer them in the interview by English as much as possible.

Time and language. :thumbs::thumbs:

Hien, I am white American but I speak Vietnamese. And I dont know how to prove I met him 6 months ago as I never took pics or saved communications (emails and chats only) because I didnt know then that I would want to MARRY HIM. So other than proof of being in his hometown city last trip to VN 6 months ago, that is the best I can do.... :-P
