hi everyone my husband called yesterday at the uscis and talked to one of the officer incharge it happened that she was a filipina so he was confident asking her about our case then the woman told him that our paper just took from the shelf and assigned to a certain officer ...

That may mean that they are reviewing your case. Looking at your timeline, you might get the approval anytime now but it's just my guesstimation. Of course, nobody knows for sure of what's going on at USCIS.

When calling USCIS, it is my understanding, that no such detail exists, as to when your case is "taken off the shelf and given to an officer". The call center only has as much information as we do when we check our case status online. I wouldn't put too much faith in what you were told by that "supervisor". If you have waited the approximate time needed, as shown here on VJ by the timelines, then yes you should have your NOA2 soon. According to your timeline, your case should be adjudicated sometime in late March...it may be a bit early to hope for an approval just yet. You'll get it....soon, don't worry.
