CFO counselling

Hello Guys,

Yesterday Neren and I went to Prism for the counselling. We were late because we dropped by at BPI Ermita for Visa payment. The counsellor told us to just filled out the form we paid the php250 and just comeback on Monday. When the lady took us pic i told her we couldnt make it on Monday because our flight going back to Mindanao will be Today/saturday. So she said OK JUST PLEASE WAIT FOR ME OUTSIDE I WILL BE THE ONE TO GIVE YOU THE SEMINAR. We waited for like 30 minutes. She prepared her laptop and gave us a quick seminar about kinds VISA'S- CFO STAMP- WHAT ARE THINGS THAT ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE IMMIGRATION like pirated cd's and so on. Then thats it! There was no film showing for us Then she first called me to the room and ask this questions:

A. HOW DID YOU MET YOUR FIANCEE MAM

B. DID HE MET YOUR PARENTS YET?

C. HOW MANY TIMES HE VISIT YOU HERE

Then she said PLEASE WAIT OUTSIDE MAM I WILL JUST PRINT YOUR CERTIFICATE. Neren and I got the certificate after 10minutes. Another Bingo!

wow that was fast... did u guys go to PRISM in malate? or where?? i had to get that certificate to get a passport.. wheew... anyways congrats!!!

Wow you are very lucky. My wife went through this because it is a requirement for her to change her name on her passport. They talk to her for hours as to why I would be interested in her, and if she is ready for the USA. They tell her so many bad things that can happen to her. The basically almost interrigate her and try to scare her. But she is smart and knows the truth as to what it is here. I am happy at least when she gets her visa, she just has to have it stamped because it is the same class.

A similar thing happened with our required marriage counseling to get the marriage certificate. The reason was the two giving the counseling did not speak English well and were afraid I would ask questions.

Wow! Claudeth spend 12 hours at the CFO office in Cebu and had to fly out the next day to come here so had to have it done then. She was totally wiped out by the time that was done and her Mom, what a trouper, was there with her the whole time.
