Hi,

I still confusing about where should we send the packege to ?

My boyfriend is Marines. so right now he is living in Virginia until April. He was living in CA, also he belongs a base in CA. BUT he moved out from an appartment where he used to live. so he doesn't have any address in CA now. So, we wrote his parent's address ( they are living in Florida )

So there is question, Should I send to Vermont SC ??? because he doesn't have right to send to California SC, because he doesn't have address in CA. It means he is not a residence in CA now.

I asked about this for a lawer, he said if you send to CA, your fiance dont have a address, so CSC will approval, and send to VSC, and it will take long time.

So, you should not send to CSC. He said also I never do like this situation, so I don't know well.......

What should I do???

Send your I-129F or I-130 to the address on the instructions of the form.....what state he resides in does not matter. I am in the military as well. Once USCIS reveives it they will forward it to the appropriate SC. Let me know if you have anymore questions.
