Hi,

I would like to know what forms I will have to fill out for my son (just turned 7 years) when it comes to the Interview.

And who has to sign his forms???

I know I need DS 156,156k and 230 for myself but what about him????

Anybody who knows???

He needs the same forms as you except the ds 156k. Someone correct me if I am wrong. You will sign his forms as his parent.

k2 needs a complete packet of their own. i included:

ds156 original and copy

ds156k 1 copy unsigned..will sign at interview

i134 affidavit notarized

since its a seperate visa issued for each child they need their own set of documents.

if i missed anything someone please reply.

Hi Nat,

DS-230 part I for you and him, DS-156 you and him, DS-157 only you because your son is under 16, DS-156K also only you.

You also have to attach a copy of the data pages of your's and your son's passport and as already said, you have to sign your son's docs.

Good luck!

Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart.
