Yup - delicacy in some countries, including mine (don't remember if they're pork, but we do eat brains). :thumbs:

Don't panic people, they taste like tofu.

So...what's up with the packages of chicken feet I see in the meat department of the Hispanic grocery stores here in Houston? What sort of delicacy is made from that?

The few times I ate chicken wings it was too much work for too little meat. How much meat can you get from chicken feet?

Chicken feet is all fat and skin. IMHO its not worth eating but Chinese people also really love it. I showed my husband our local Asian market (99 Ranch) and all the interesting things they sell there, including chicken feet. He laughed and said even in a poor country like Morocco they won't eat the chicken feet...they give it to the animals! lol
