Evidently the rules for the Pre-Marital Examination of Mental Health (I call it the "I'm Not Crazy Form") have changed, though the Embassy in Washington has yet to update this fact. My Fiance' went to submit our paperwork yesterday and was told that I must come there and see a Psychiatrist in country.

Here is a link to the form I am refering to:

Yeah the San Francisco and Washington D.C. websites were useless for me this past November. After running around getting documents notarized and paying a physiatrist in the states in order for us to be legally married when I arrived. I ended up having to see a doctor in Vietnam and I also had to go into city hall (I forgot the name) for an interview. There were all kinds of delays and add-ons, I should have known better than to trust a Vietnamese timeline :) .
