OK folks, I haven't seen a lot of people keeping up with our little fitness challenge thread, so here's this week's thread. Post your goals and your daily progress!

My goal: Gym Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday.

I already went tonight: 60 minutes on the elliptical.

I need to do some Nautilus this week though, I never make myself do that

Well, I am not as ambitious as I should be because of the long hours I have been working. But, I have been motivating myself out of bed early enough to go for a 30-40 minute walk in the morning. I've made it several days now (longer walks on Sat and Sun), and I plan to continue doing this as much as I can. At least I don't have to be at work at the crack of dawn since we are shifting our hours a bit to overlap with Hong Kong in the evenings (their morning).

Eating healthy is always a challenge. I'm trying to make a salad to take to work with some turkey or chicken (I baked some chicken on Sunday so I'd have some good protein for the week). Snacks are yoghurt and fruit. I have some bottles of water in my car so I just grab a couple and stuff in my backpack when I get to the office. I think I am sloshing tonight because I drank so much water today.

Speaking of bed!!!

Good night, ME/NA peeps!!!

I've gotten to actually exercise at work this week with the move. Today I alternated sitting at the desk working, and unpacking boxes. I still have about 20 boxes to unpack so it will continue tomorrow. I love my new space though, so it's worth it.

Tonight Abdel is going fishing with my brother so I'll be studying for finals. The bad part for me this week is the eating out. Yesterday we had lunch out because we were exhausted from moving, and today our boss took us all out for secretary's day. Tonight we're having dinner out with my family. I'm getting sick of eating out!

The best part of the move is now there is no cafeteria downstairs, so I won't be tempted by things like a full breakfast with corned beef hash and a wide selection of fattening full meals for lunch.
