DCF in New Delhi, India

Hi,

I've been a long member here, but yeah. Sad things but you can never give up.

Anyway, my fiancée will be coming here. I would like to know if DCF is available in New Delhi, India because the new delhi embassy gives very vague information about it and what are the requirements really. When they say residence, how long would be considered a long stay really? 6 months?

DCF is ONLY for married couples where both live outside of the US -so you cannot apply for DCF for a fiancee visa.

I believe the residency requirement is 6 months, but better double check.

Actually a couple weeks into her stay here we will be getting married. We tried the K1 fiance visa route, didn't work out. So we're getting married and want to apply for DCF.
