Middle East section will have Middle East views. If you don't like the view, how on earth are you getting married to Arabs/Muslims/Middle East people? Most of us, will hold the same view. Look up the hadiths on it. That's all I'll say.

I thought putting things down & mercy killing might be acceptable, until I learned what's in store for people who participate in it.

I'm thinking we're marrying/are married to Arabs/Muslims/Middle East people because we love their hearts filled with compassion towards all living creatures. When my puppy died last Saturday (it was so late I couldn't take it to the vet, but I assure you if the vet told me there was nothing they could do but put her down, I would have done what was best for her) the first person who consoled me was Akram. He said the tears I had on my face hurt him more than any other tears I had shed when crying about the visa process.

Anyway, we're talking about someone who loved her animals so much she couldn't bear to see them suffering. And instead of consoling and making her feel better, your words hurt her. This is your opinion, yes, and I respect that. You should also respect the feelings of other people too. There are ways to say things without hurting, and if it comes across as hurting, instead of being defensive on your point, you should just stop, because (since you mention hadiths) there are many hadiths that mention compassion towards others, even if they don't share your same views.

There are many more things I would like to add, but I'm done, stick a fork in me.
