sample letter of request for visa pick-up

hi,

I would just like to ask if anyone can give me a sample copy of the request letter? should my fiance state there the reason why?

I am from Manila but just worried because i am planning to fly out b4 March 14 (hoping for positive results on the interview on March 4) because it will be a lot expensive beyond March 15 since Holy Week is the following week.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

you can schedule it at the time of the interview to pick up the package

Ask the Consul after your interview and you got approved if you can pick-up your visa. Honestly tell him why you want to pick-up your visa. I pick-up my visa two days after my interview and I don't have any request letter from my fiance. Just be honest.

But if you want, you can asked your fiance to write you a request letter. Hopefully someone here can provide you a sample for that.
