Calling the 800# (you are correct does absolutely nothing - zero). I contacted u.s. representatives here and they are doing an inquiry as to 'why/how' this happened and to correct it (hopefully sooooon). This is a big deal and is causing delays. We are hoping to have this issue resolved so we can start this AOS process.

Hopefully we wont have to travel to OKC to resolve this :wacko:

They can work out "how and why" this happened on their own time! Geesh. Hopefully you can get this resolved, or you have, already. You don't need your SSN to apply for AOS.
