Yes if it cleared the case # should be on the back of the check, try that

1/12/06 Mail I-129f express mail

1/13/06 TSC rec'd

1/23/06 NOA1 from CSC

1/27/06 - Check cleared

7/10/06 - NOA2

7/14/06- rec'd @ NVC

8/14/06- NVC sent petition to Consulate

8/17/06 - Korean Consulate rec'd Petition

8/23/06 - rec'd packet 3 from Consulate

8/25/06 - sent packet 3 back to Consulate

8/27/06 - got confirmation email from Consulate, they rec'd packet three

8/27/06 - requested interview date via Consulate internet site.

9/1/06 - Checked internet site for interveiw date, it was there

9/25/06 - Interview date - APPROVED

9/28/06 - Visa in Zaeems Hand - YEAHHHHH

1/6/07 - leaving for USA

1/20/07 - Wedding Date

1/20/07 - MARRIED!!!!!

2/10/07 - rec'd certified copy of marriage license

AOS

3/13/07 - AOS package rec'd at Chicago Lockbox

3/20/07 - Rec'd Social Security Card

3/21/07 - Checks Cashed and Case Status online

3/24/07 - NOA1 Rec'd for AOS and EAD

3/27/07 - rec'd Biometrics appt letter - scheduled for 4/20/07 @ 11:00am

4/02/07 - "touched"

4/20/07 - had biometrics appt.

4/21/07 - rec'd letter stating case was transferred to CSC

5/22/07 - rec'd Case Pending at CSC email

6/25/07 - EAD card production ordered

7/7/07 - EAD "touched"

7/7/07 - AOS "touched"

8-6-07 - Rec'd EAD Card in the Mail

5-20-08 - AOS INTERVIEW - APPROVED - PASSPORT STAMPED

7-2-10 - Received 10 year green card in mail

We paid with a money order and the dude at TSC said "your payment has been applied". It's just difficult to understand when everyone I've seen has got it within days. We have nothing yet, but we're trying. A girl sent hers in on the same day and got her NOA1 on o4/13/06. Makes you wonder............ :(

Oh dear Pity you didnt pay by cheque. NOA1 is just a receipt of your case . Unfortunately now you will have to wait for the physical document via snail mail.

I guess I'm in the same situation as you are, TheGame32.

I mailed the application on Apr 11 to VSC, but until today Apr 27, I haven't received NOA1 yet. I called the National Customer Service Center, but she said that there was nothing she could do. I have to wait for 30+ days and call her again.

Where did you guys call and have the appointment?

Where do you check if your check has been cleared?

Not too sure what you mean by appointment but, we went through TSC, on the 24th they told us it was being transferred and to call back on the 26th. We're not in the computer. We paid by Money order, and we can't track that. Hope that helps.

I;m not sure about the 30+ days for an NOA1. Check out my timeline. Got my NOA1 about two weeks later, even with them transferring my petition over to CSC. You should be getting it any day, I'm sure...... Unfortunately until you get that and/ or see that the check has cleared your bank account, you will feel helpless. I know I did! But definitely you should get it VERY SOON!!!!!!!

What do you mean by touched told to call back? I'm pretty new here and have no idea what things mean.

Touched means that someone has physically looked at or reviewed your petition.....Don't quote me. But they told me to call back and see where or what was going on with our file.

Who talking about patient :whistle: i got married and i got Approved on my i-129F and i am with my sweetheart wife, And i am here in USA for 8 Months, and i still Waitied for my i-130 till now and no Approved Yet !!!! Lets Count them ?? ,, More than 2 and half years and Nothing Yet :unsure:

When a case is transferred to CSC, like we were, it takes a bit longer. You need to r-e-l-a-x and only call when you really really need to...otherwise you are not gonna get through this process in one sane mind.

How did you pay, with a personal check? If so has it cleared the bank yet? Good luck :thumbs:

ours was received april 28, and we havent heard anyhting til now. check is not yet cashed...

does anyone have any idea whats taking it so long...i just dont think its usual to wait this long compared to others who got NOA1 and their checque was cashed within 10 days the most...
