Hi

I received my I797C for AOS, EAD and travel document however, I can only check the status online for my AOS, the EAD and travel doc canot be found by the system. Is this normal?

K-1 Timeline

10/20/07 - Packet 3

01/18/08 - Wedding

01/24/08 - AOS Packet Sent

01/27/08 - NOAs for AOS, EAD, and AP

03/27/08 - AP Received

05/01/08 - EAD Received

08/06/08 - RFE for I-485

08/18/08 - Case Resumed

08/26/08 - Card Production Ordered (no interview)

08/29/08 - Welcome Letter Received

09/02/08 - Green Card Received

Congratulations on your wedding.

And yes it is normal. Not all the agents who work on the AOS cases take the time to update or even put online the various cases.

My i-485 is still not on 7 months after filling.

Check it every now and then, it might come up. Sometimes it comes up after the biometrics.

It's neither normal or abnormal, it just happens. It may or may not show up online. Mine never did until like the day before it was approved, which was about 2 months after filing.

Timeline:

2005-04-14: met online

2005-09-03: met in person

2007-02-26: filed for K-1

2007-03-19: K-1 approved

2007-06-11: K-1 in hand

2007-07-03: arrived in USA

2007-07-21: got married, yay!

2007-07-28: applied for green card

2008-02-19: conditional green card in hand

2010-01-05: applied for removal of conditions

2010-06-14: 10-year green card in hand

2013-11-19: applied for US citizenship

2014-02-10: became a US citizen

2014-02-22: applied for US passport

2014-03-14: received US passport

AOS only showed up after it was transfered to CSC. And EAD only showed up after it was touched from biometrics. If its not showing up now, it will likely show up when it gets touched or the status of the case changes in some way.
