Ok.. here is my final package - it is part of my cover letter - so please let me know what y'all think!

Please find enclosed a copy of her Permanent Resident Card, front and back, a tear-off portion from mailing contain conditional Green Card, evident of change of address notice sent, and a certified check payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security in the amount of $545 to satisfy the $465 Filing Fee and the $80 Biometric Fee.

We provide the following documents as evidence to verify the status of our ongoing marriage relationship:

• Copy of our joint credit card information for 07-12/2006, 5/2007, and 1/2008

• Copy of our joint bank account information for 12/2007 and 2/2008

• Copy of our joint Federal Credit Union account information for 1/2008

• Copy of Anya’s retirement plan from retirement service with Bram as primary beneficiary

• North Carolina General Warranty Deed and Affidavit regarding liens for our sold investment property showing Anya had marital interest in the property.

o I would like to clarify that the reason Anya is not on our present address on 821 Burch Ave. and our investment property on 1623 Avondale Dr. deeds is economical reason. And for our previous address 5202 Fayetteville Rd. was because I own the house before we were married.

• Copy of health insurance cards showing joint coverage

• Copy of Sprint billing page showing shared plan for Bram and Anya’s cell phone.

• Copy of employee’s page from Anya’s company showing Bram as dependents and emergency contact.

• Copy of joint Cat adoption paper 2/2008

• Copy of our passport pages for our joint vacation in 5/2007 to Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam.

• Copy of pictures of us together in different trip and with family members and friends

• Copy of cards received from family and friends from various occasions.

• Copy of emails communication during the time Anya was in Thailand 4/2007

• Copy of emails from Bram’s parents to Anya.

IS Tax return really a must?????????????? I havent ask for it yet, should I wait and get the tax first?

Actually, plan for a little bit longer to get the tax transcripts - i requested mine 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for them to come in.

Maybe because it's tax season, but I got mine in five days. I'd say if you don't get them in a week call and request them again (maybe try and speak to a human, if you can.)

I got mine in six days this past week.

What years did you file together? Yes, it's a must.

You have a good list of documents. However, tax returns or tax transcripts are very important. We sent in tax transcripts for 2005 and 2006. If you don't have time to wait for the tax transcripts, you can send copies of your tax returns and the W2s.

08/17/08: Mailed N400 to TSC

08/19/08: USPS attempted delivery

08/20/08: TSC received N400

08/21/08: TSC cashed check

09/02/08: Received NOA...........Priority date: 08/20/08

..............................................Notice date : 08/22/08

09/02/08: Received Biometrics Notification

09/18/08: Biometrics completed - Charlotte DO

10/24/08: Received Interview Letter

12/08/08: Interview @ 1:00pm. APPROVED!

01/05/09: Oath Ceremony 10:00AM. Now officially a USC!!!
