Proof of relationship

Hi guys,

I've been trying to put together the package for a while and want to make sure I have enough evident. Do you think this is enough or do I need anything more?

Here is what I got as far as evident goes

- my credit card statement showing both our name (from 2 companies)

- my 403b retirement plan with hubby's as beneficiary

- my insurance plan with my husband also covered

- a page from my company record saying my husband is my emergency contact

- a bank statement with both our name

- about 6 pictures of us together in different places (I normally was the one taking pictures so a lot of our pics are view or just one of us - can I use different picture with the same view?) and I don’t have date on it so I hand written the location and date, is it ok?

- several copies of cards I got with both our name on it - also hand written date and occasion.

- copy of both our passport with same travel date to different countries…

- 2 emails from his mom that has both our name in it and one email from my husband during the time I was in Thailand and he in US (since we talk on phone only)

I can put cat adoption form in there too since there's both our name in it - or is it not going to help?

That's it… I am not on our deed since it's easier for him to get a loan by himself (and another house that I'm on the deed is under a contract and will be sold end of this month so I don’t think I can use that one either) car insurance and loan only in my name so that would not count.

Do you think this is enough? Any input is greatly appreciate.

You won't have to still own the house in order to use the deed as evidence that you have been mingling your holdings. It is very good evidence that you have made financial ventures together.

I called on the car & homeowners insurance and thy put my husband's name on it no problem.

I would copy the adoption papers too.

and another house that I'm on the deed is under a contract and will be sold end of this month so I don’t think I can use that one either

You won't have to still own the house in order to use the deed as evidence that you have been mingling your holdings. It is very good evidence that you have made financial ventures together.

do ou have bills etc that are just in your name and some just in your spouses name?? I would include those too because they would show the same address...

yeah..

do you have any credit card bills, gym memberships, Netflix etc.....

it would be ok to send in stuff with your old address...

did you send in the AR-11 when you moved??

no memebership of any kind but I got 2 credit card statement with both of us already, it should be enough?

I did, shold I include the AR-11 and I-865 (copies) with this too?

no, you don't have to but on the form you need to include your old addresses...

do you have bills from your old address?? I would include those too and like I said it doesn't all have to have both your names on it...

We also included the first page of the yearly SS statements that we get from SSA. They're addressed to us individually but it shows both of us having the same address.

Ok, will try to find somthing that indicate same address.. I have no bills from old address.

You can obtain your IRS tax transcript by calling (800)–829–1040. Once you have called it doesn't take longer than a week or 10 day to receive.

Actually, plan for a little bit longer to get the tax transcripts - i requested mine 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for them to come in.

Maybe because it's tax season, but I got mine in five days. I'd say if you don't get them in a week call and request them again (maybe try and speak to a human, if you can.)
