HI,

Im an early Sept filer and got my NOA 1 in Jan. But i applied my I 129 F in two days after i got the notice. They say if your I 130 gets approved first your k3 will get canceled. but why take a chance. i think its better to keep K 3 applied as well. its not going to cost you any additional fee.

good luck on your journey...!

Filing the I-129F for spouse costs nothing in the way of fees but the best anecdotal evidence available indicates it costs as much as two or three months in processing time, as the petitions get married up before the I-130 becomes a widow. (I-129F dies of cancellation sickness)
