US military accused of harboring fundamentalism

I was watching a documentary on Voodoo in Haiti a while back and the guy in charge of the US forces there was one of those OFC guys. He was perfectly willing to talk to the film makers when he thought the documentary was about bringing Christianity to the heathens. When he discovered it was simply about voodoo (and not portraying it in a bad light) the film makers were then threatened.

If I recall correctly, he lost his rank after the film makers took the footage to the army.

I made a mistake, there's nothing in the documentary connecting him to the OFC, but he did describe his 'mission' as "an act of faith, bringing the light of Christ to a godless populace"

He was removed from command as a result of his interviews though.
