I'm hoping one of you experienced VJ members can answer this for me. My I130 is being procesed in Vermont. When I updated my timeline to the correct service center it shortened my adjudication date by 2months. I originally had California in error and it was giving me an adjudication date of April 14TH. When I corrected it to Vermont it gave me February 18TH. Can someone tell me what's up with that? I mean February 18Th sounds wonderful but could this be misleading???? :innocent::innocent:

March 4TH Biometrics done

March 19TH RECEIVED INTERVIEW LETTER-INTERVIEW DATE April 30TH at 9:30

April 13TH RECEIVED EAD... FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!

APRIL 14TH-GOING TO SS OFFICE TO ORDER SSCARD

April 19TH-SS card received

April 20TH-Lerners Permit obtained

April 30TH- AOS Passed-10 minute meeting, wouldn't call it an interview, very, very simple.

May 18TH=GREEN CARD RECEIVED

NEVER ABLE TO VIEW CASE ONLINE-SAME INVALID# MESSAGE

It is just an estimate based on other VJers and what they enter into their timelines.

In the VJ stats, the Vermont Service Center has been approving faster than the California Service Center. That said. I took me almost six months for approval, so I don't put much stock in that. It's a luck of the draw type of thing really.

Pick up Visa: 6-27-2008

Arrive JFK POE: 7-2-2008

Marriage: 7-9-2008

mailed AOS, EAD, AP: 8-22-2008

NOA AOS, EAD, AP: 8-27-2008

Biometrics: 9-18-2008

AOS Transferred to CSC: 9-25-2008

Requested EAD Expedite: 11-12-2008

EAD Card production ordered: 11-12-2008 changed to 11/17/2008 Why? (I hope it doesn't change every week!)

Received AP: 11/17/2008

Received EAD: 11/22/08 (Praise God!!)

AOS RFE: 1/29/2009

AOS Approved: 3/24/2009

Called USCIS 4/1/2009 told no status change and case not yet reviewed from RFE request.

Received green card: 4/3/2009
