Hey Everybody, I talked to a friend of me about my case so he gave this website to get a imformation so Pls i need a help from everybody has experiance.

Last week i had an appointment with infopass to ask about my AOS and the officer told me that they finished with the Background check and now i have to wait for the Final Decision and i asked him how long it gonna take and he said I DON'T KNOW.

So pls did someone had the same situation to let me know how long it can take? and my other question is is this the last step to get my Green Card?

Information about me : im married from 11/07/2005 and i come to USA with K3 in 08/10/2006 so we've been married for more than two years.

Have you already had your interview and were just pending the background check? If so give it about a month and then infopass again if you havent heard anything.

If you have not yet had a interview then you are just in the queue with your local office more than likely. Can check the processing dates with the USCIS website on this for your local office.

Good news though.. since your marriage is over 2 years when you do get approval you will get the 10 year card.

Yes i had my Interview in June 26, 2007 and my Biometric in Feb 20, 2007 so hopefuly i heard from them within a month or so.
