on form it ask of proof of my life ins. and acct's together.. I believ his confussed because thats once he is in usa we get acct.. together can not do when he is there.. Ins. I have copies.. I know we have to show once here and go to interview in usa.. Right

we are K3 so proof of acct's together comes once he is in usa I would think yes we married a year but his still in nigeria So in usa until he has ss. i can not put him on my accts or attablish accts.. it is forms he is filling out.... he said one said this but im thinking it is explaining to him once in usa this has to be done.. Are am i wron

maybe he is readying on form where when he gets to usa we need accts together before our interview in usa can not get accts together if his not here and does not have ss. right

I really have no idea. I thought the only thing needed was proof of your ongoing relationship like pictures, e-mails, phone records, stuff like that.

Someone who did a K3 through Lagos may be able to help you out.

I also added my husband to my lease, renter's insurance, the cable bill and my auto insurance. You can use pictures, emails, chats, phone bills, etc for the other proof. We are also filing our taxes together, which you can do if you request an ITIN and request to be treated as U.S. residents for tax purposes.

Just trying to muster the energy (and the money) to do this again.

I did all of those things while my husband was still in Nigeria even before he came here. so it is possible and was great evidence at his interview

Exactly. My husband is not here either and I did all of those things.
