Hello all,

I've just received the service pack 3 in the mail and I'm confused as to what documents I need to fill out and send to the consulate, and what documents I need to keep and bring with me to the interview. It says to complete and return immediately form DS-2301. So do i send DS-2301 back on it's own first and send the remaining forms after I get my police certificate and my medical? Or is it best to send all the forms including the DS-2301 all in one go? Thanks in advance for your help.

Just do as the instructions say. Most consulates will only want the DS 230 part 1 and maybe a checklist. The rest of the forms are brought to the interview.
