Just wondering has anyone filed yet and if so have they received there refund yet?

20/July/05 Married in Las Vegas!!

AOS approved April 12th 2006!!

4/01/08 mailed I-751 to Nebraska

4/3/08 package arrives at Nebraska

4/11/08 check cashed

4/14/08 recieved NOA extension letter

4/26/08 recieved biometrics appointment letter plus it looks like our case has been forwarded to California!

5/02/08 Biometrics scheduled

5/02/08 Biometrics completed in 10 mins!

Woo Hoo....8/28/08 Recieved 10yr Greencard in mail, no approved email!! We are done!!!

my sis did online filing on the 7th and should receieve her refund on friday

yep we did our online filing around that time, we recieved the state last wednsday....was just wondering how long federal should take

I filed a couple weeks ago and I already have my refund in the bank. I ordered a queen mattress set with it today.

--July 22---------Sent I-129F packet

--July 27---------Petition received

--August 28------NOA1 issued

--August 31------Arrived in Terrace after lots of flight delays to spend Lindsay's birthday with her

--October 10-----Completed address change online

--January 25-----NOA2 received via USCIS Case Status Online

I want to get ours done ASAP, we could use the refund. Still waiting on a W2 from one of my husband's jobs. :angry:

wow they sure are dragging there feet on getting that W2 out....i thought it had to be out by Jan 31st?

my sis found out online (I think) if you filed on or before the 7th it's feb 15 and if you did it on the 8th it's feb 22

i filed online last week (not exactly sure which day), and they told me that the refund should be sent to me by february 29th

Removal of Conditions NOA: 2/24/11

Biometrics Appt: 8/15/11

ROC Approval: 9/30/11

Card Production Ordered: 10/11/11

Card Received: 10/15/11

Our accountant filed for us yesterday. Not sure how or what they did but our refund equals all the Federal and State income tax we paid and I just cannot understand what they did with my UK income but all that got exempted.
