Seems like majority of the November filers who got their NOA2 came from VCS :wacko::o

WHy is that ?yeah its so unfair we paid all the same amount when we filed the petition.Sorry!

Congrats to all the VSC November filers who are being approved!

But, I have to agree with the other CSC filers - nooooo faaaiiiirrrr! There, I feel a little better now.

I still don't know how they decide where you send your petition. It certainly isn't based on distance...I am *much* closer to Vermont than I am to California! Jeez!

AOS Timeline:

- 06/30/2009: Filed for AOS/EAD/AP

- 07/02/2009: AOS packet received

- 07/08/2009: Check cashed

- 07/10/2009: Received all 3 NOA1s

- 07/14/2009: Received biometrics appt.

- 07/29/2009: Case transferred to CSC

- 08/01/2009: Advanced Parole Documents Issued

- 08/06/2009: Biometrics appointment completed

- 08/11/2009: EAD issued (received 8/14)

- 11/12/2009: AOS approved

- 11/20/2009: Green Card in hand!

My fiance and I are November filers too! We're anxiously waiting for our NOA2. While waiting though, I am keeping myself busy procuring the documents needed for the interview.

Mar 12/08 - NVC forwarded Petition to Vancouver Consulate!

May 13/08 - Interview date YAHOO!

GOT THE VISA!!!!! MAY 14, 2008

July 6/08 - Crossed the border - they let me in!!

July 12/08 - Wedding day - it was perfect!

July 23/08 - Back from Honeymoon in PR - now onto AOS?!?!?!

Sept 3/08 - AOS package in the mail - what a headache!

Sept 9/08 - 3 NOA's for AOS, EAD and AP

Sept 30/08 - Biometrics appointment for AOS and EAD

Nov 13/08 - Touch on AOS and EAD

Nov 17/08 - AP shows up in the mail

Nov 17/08 - EAD card production ordered

Jun 25/09 - Green Card Production ordered - Finally after 10 months!

June 30/09 - Received welcome letter!

July 10/09 - GREENCARD! - All done for a bit now!

May 20/11 - Sent in I-751 for removal of Conditions

I'm not a November filer...rather a December filer...but am hopeful! What's up with CSC anyway? Wish my state was Vermont. Well, it's good to know that some November filers are getting approved...I'll just have to be patient!
