We are going through the Manila Embassy and were wonder which forms are needed when using a co sponsor.

Currently from what I gather I would file an I-134 and then my co sponsor would also file a second I-134 (which both will be notarized), is this correct?

Is the form I-864 and I-864A needed as well? If it is needed would I fill out two I-864 for me and then also one for my co-sponsor?

I’m using a co-sponsor since adjusted gross income was below the poverty level, due to business cost.

Finally, I’m submitting the following:

My income tax return for 2006 with schedule C

Co Sponsors income tax return for 2006, w2 for 2006 and 2007, and last five pay stubs (include three from 2008 and two from last week of 2007).

Would any additional support of income be needed?

Thank you for your time.
