Just wanted to give you guys the latest update on my status. Please reffer to my previous postings for a little more details:

This is from the USCIS website (keep in mind that I am from TSC but transferred to VSC:

Receipt Number: wac**********

Application Type: CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On February 12, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

I am saving my money now to file for citizenship! Thanks for all your help and keep tight! I will be on this site offering my help as well. I was approved without interview.

For those of you out there! Keep praying, hold on! Make sure you follow all the guidelines and your papers would go through smoothly. Always get them as much evidence as you can. If you have a bona fide marriage there is no reason to worry! Truth will come out!

November 26, 2008 > Application delivered to TSC. Confirm by Postal Service (day 2)

December 04, 2008 > Check Cashed (day 9)

December 08, 2008 > NOA 1 in Mail / Case tranferred to National Benefit Center (day 14)

December 15, 2008 > Biometric appointment letter in mail (day 21 )

January 6, 2009 > Biometric appointment (day 43)

February 5, 2009 > Interview appointment letter in the mail (day 74)

March 26, 2009 > Interview date (day 121)

April 6, 2009 > Oath letter in mail (day 132)

April 17, 2009 > Oath ceremony (day 143 )

April 17, 2009 > I am a US Citizen now!!!

April 20, 2009 > Applied for my US passport via USPS Expedite service and mail my voter's registration card application

April 28, 2009 > Received voter's registration card

April 29, 2009 > Received US Passport

Congratulations :thumbs: It seems that all the other service centers are running circles around CSC when it comes to lifting conditions approvals :unsure:

Ok, Here is thest update on my status! I got the 10 year green card in the mail today! My Conditional one was set to expire on the 24th of February! So I am way ahead of the game! Praise the Lord! He is worthy to be praised! If you haven't gotten yours yet keep the faith and if this your first time filling, make sure you check this wonderful forum over and over again for useful info!
